Words to Live By

I've always been a fan of quotes. I suppose it's because I spent 14 years as a daily newspaper reporter in California in the 80s, 90s and 00s. (B.I. -- Before the Internet). Who knew it was a golden era of journalism?
You'll see them sprinkled around the Mariani Creative website. Here, without any further delay, are some of my favorite words to live by:
"It's the friends you can call up at 4 a.m. that matter." ~ Marlene Deitrich (Bonus points if you can spot Marlene's grammar error.)

"Creativity is the answer. I always prefer the creative solution to the expensive solution." ~ Keenen Ivory Wayans "Imagination is greater than knowledge." ~ Albert Einstein
"A hunch is creativity trying to tell you something." ~ Frank Capra
